Each part being individually machined and polished, and generally much more sturdy than the old Rouleaux bracelets which would bend and stretch over time. This bracelet stands out on the Chronomat B01 42 and makes it even more outstanding.
The new rotating bezel design is clearly inspired by the original Chronomat watches, but this is more refined, likewise with the hands on the dial. The black chronograph dials are very refined and elegant, and stand out nicely contrasted on the silver dial. altogether this is a very good looking and impressive watch.
Breitling’s in-house-made caliber B01 automatic chronograph is a great performer and has a stable 4Hz frequency movement with an impressive 70 hours of power reserve. You can see the movement through the sapphire crystal window on the rear of the watch.
